Run by a true enthusiast rather than a salesperson, this shop is unparalleled in Bordeaux. We came in seeking advice on a gaming computer. The salesperson's questions were insightful, and the quote was exactly as I had described and expected. In addition to being under our initial budget, this gentleman was able to defend each of his arguments without any sales pressure, unlike many others who might have. I hesitated for a long time before writing this review. You offer your services as a parcel collection point. You have a responsibility to be present during your opening hours for your customers. Your hours are already very (too?) restrictive for people who work standard shifts. If you also reschedule or even cancel certain time slots, it becomes impossible to pick up or drop off parcels. Yet, over the past few months, I have been affected by your lack of diligence several times (at least ten times). The result is parcels returned to the sender because I couldn't pick them up in time, and dozens of minutes wasted in front of your closed store door with other customers who are also waiting. This is unacceptable. It might happen occasionally, but it's far too frequent. You are the only parcel collection point in the neighborhood; if you are not capable of honoring this commitment, leave it to someone else. I hope this review resonates with you and leads to some changes. Sincerely
